LOCAL PICK UP: Local pick up is in Santa Fe, TX. When your items are ready you will get an email that says “shipped” that means they are ready for pick up. I also will tag you in a pick up thread to let you know as well. If items are not picked up within 7 days I will invoice for shipping and you will no longer have local pick up as an option. Please let us know when you are coming by to pick up!
ANY order with a an item from collections other than “new releases” or “ready to ship” has a approximate time frame of 2-4 weeks. We are always trying our best to get your items to you as fast as possible! When your item is ready you will get an email. Make sure before contacting to ask about you’re order you have checked about the time frame.
Ready to Ship has a 3-5 business day time frame. I am always trying to get them out within 3 days!
You will always get an email when your items have shipped or are ready to be picked up.
If I go past time frame you will most likely get a message from me explaining why and that your items are coming or I will have an updated shipping post in the VIP group!
MY ERRORS: if I made an error in your order (which can happen I’m only human) please let me know and I will try my best to fix it!
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: If you receive an item broken I must have a picture of the item still in original packaging broken within 24 hours of the package being delivered emailed to email@example.com Once approved you will receive and exchange for shop credit only. After the item has been worn it is no longer our responsibility.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for any other reason.
COMBINING SHIPPING: Combine shipping is only allowed on orders purchased the SAME day. I try to combine multiple orders and it only messes me up in the long run. Ready to ship items and other collection items or custom items need to have separate shipping or the whole order will be held up.
